Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as eBooks, audiobooks, and downloadable content), we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase has been completed. All digital sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions and previews carefully before making a purchase to ensure that the content meets your expectations. Physical Products

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return a physical product. You have 30 days from the date of arrival to return any physical items, provided they are free from damage. Returned products that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, please email mac3publishing@gmail.com, describe the order you wish to return and/or send photo, and follow the easy return instructions.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will only be issued for products that meet the criteria of being in resalable condition. After we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
